We can never get enough of the popular tours, talks, shows, and parties featured each year, but we do love changing things up from time to time. This month, let loose and check out these new Fall Preview-exclusive events!

Discover Albert Frey’s 1935 Guthrie House – Tours and Sunset Reception (October 19)
Be the first to tour the Guthrie House. Built in 1935 by Albert Frey, this was his first residential commission in Palm Springs, completed just 4 years after receiving worldwide acclaim for his Aluminaire House of 1931. Tickets available here.

Palm Springs City of Diversity Home Tour (October 19)
This self-guided, self-drive tour, produced by The Organized Neighborhoods of Palm Springs (ONE-PS), showcases classic modern architecture in a variety of homes across Palm Springs diverse neighborhoods. Tickets available here.

Santorini House Tours and a Twilight Tour and Cocktail Reception (October 19)
For the first time, the William Nicholson-designed Santorini House will open its doors to the public for a series of daytime tours, followed by a twilight tour and cocktail reception. Don’t miss a chance to see this one-of-a-kind residence. Tickets available here.

Give Me Shelter Home Tour (October 19)
Step inside a collection of modernist homes that blend a perfect symbiotic relationship between indoor and outdoor sheltered spaces. Proceeds will benefit the Palm Springs Animal Shelter. Tickets available here.
